Free Will Transformation envisions a world where personal growth is guided by awareness and choice, not pressure, labels, or forced change. That vision deeply aligns with our mission to support caregivers with clarity, compassion, and sustainable tools for well-being.

A Space Where Choice Leads the Way

Founded by Laura Schmitt, Free Will Transformation is a holistic wellness and transformation space rooted in free will, embodied awareness, and respect for individual timing. Laura brings over 18 years of medical experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse, offering a grounded bridge between science, nervous system awareness, and ancient wisdom.

Her work is not about fixing people. It is about creating intentional space where individuals can explore, regulate, and reconnect at their own pace.

For caregivers, that approach matters. Many caregivers live in constant response mode. Their nervous systems rarely get a chance to soften. Free Will Transformation offers a different rhythm. One that invites presence instead of pressure.

Integrative Support for Mind and Body

Laura is a certified 500-hour Yoga Instructor and Holistic Ayurvedic Coach. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and personalized Ayurvedic guidance, she supports clients in restoring balance within daily life.

Her offerings also include:

• Guided meditations, including inner child and generational experiences

• Breathwork and sound experiences

• Ceremonial practices

• Chakra balancing

• Sessions using Lumiceutical Lights to support energetic alignment and vitality

Each experience is designed to honor consent, autonomy, and readiness. There is no force, no labels, and no expectation to move faster than feels safe.

Caregivers often carry emotional, physical, and mental weight that goes unseen. Spaces like Free Will Transformation remind us that healing does not have to be loud or dramatic. It can be steady. It can be chosen. It can be embodied over time.

Laura’s bilingual service in English and Spanish also allows her to serve a broader community with clarity and care, expanding access to holistic support.
